It's possible to submit an order purchasing a single item (a single MASK).
The offer and sale of products on our website ( "storevenetianmasks.com") are governed by these Terms of Use.

"Le Maschere di Antonella" Company, individual company, is entered in the Register of Companies VENEZIA, VAT IT 03881950277. Headquarter of Venetian Masks is in Italy, in Lignano 3, 30013 Ca' Savio - Treporti (Venezia).

1. Making purchases online www.storevenetianmasks.com

To conclude the purchase of one or more products on storevenetianmasks.com, you'll need to choose products (masks and accessories), as well as give your identity and essential contact details as instructed proposals during the use of the site.
The step where your idenity details are asked is defined "Registration": during this phase you can choose a login and passwords to gain access to display your profile, orders list, order state and the possibility of print orders. The submission of the order resuls in an order in PDF format. A copy of the same is sent to your email address provided during registration.
As soon as possible, Venetian Masks will accept the order, or contact you via mail or phone to conclude the trade talks.

The proposed order contains a summary of the General Conditions, information on the characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes), the payment selected, the foresee delivery date, the cost of shipment and instruction in how to exercise your right of withdrawal, manner and timing of returning products purchased.
The contract is closed when Venetian Masks sends you the order confirmation, after verifying the correctness of data related to your order.
Before purchasing products, through transmission of order, you will be asked to read the General Conditions, and confirm their acceptance by selecting the appropriate field.
The languages offered to conclude the agreement with General Conditions are Italian and English.
Once the contract is closed, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" will take care to send you the acquired masks.
"Le Maschere Di Antonella" can not deal with your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or it is incomplete or incorrect, or selected mask is already sold. In these cases, we'll inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that "Le Maschere Di Antonella" has not accepted the order specifying the reasons.
Where the masks presented on www.storevenetianmasks.com are no longer available for sale at the time of your last access to the site, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" will inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30 ) days from, the possible unavailability of masks ordered.
"Le Maschere Di Antonella" will repay back every amount what you've already anticipated.
With the transmission of the proposed order, you are committed to accepte and observe these conditions. If you do not share some of the terms in the General Conditions, please do not forward the proposal of order for the purchase of products on storevenetianmasks.com. The conclude the contract, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" will send you via e-mail a receipt of the purchase, containing a summary of information already contained in the proposed Order (Conditions of Use, the information concerning the essential characteristics of the masks, detailed indication of the price, payment preferred, your right of withdrawal and costs of delivery).

2. Payments

Payment of product prices and the postage can be performed:

• online with CREDIT CARD

• on CASH ON DELIVERY ie cash or check to be given to the courier on goods delivery.

In case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of credit / debit card or the date of its expiry) will be provided directly to Paypal, a company that offers its electronic payment services at a distance, the which ensures that third parties can not in any way have access them.

3. Shipping and products delivery

The goods will be delivered within approximately 5 days from the order date in case of CASH ON DELIVERY payment, or 5 days from the payment date in case of payment by credit card or bank transfer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer request, please send by fax or mail the copy of payment accounts - we'll send you the goods immediatly withount waiting the 2-3 days for bank transfer notification.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to receed contract with "Le Maschere Di Antonella", without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of goods purchased on storevenetianmasks.com.
For receeding you must send an e-mail at: info@storevenetianmasks.com clearly indicating your identity, your order number, the articles sent back.
Shipping costs are your responsibility, including liability for loss or damage of goods.
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described above - is exercised properly if following conditions are entirely satisfied:

1. The e-mail must be properly completed and forwarded to "Le Maschere Di Antonella" within 10 days of receipt of products;
2. products should not be used, worn, damaged or washed;
3. products must be returned intact and in their original packaging;
4. where provided, original authentication certificate must be returned as well;
5. products must be sent to "Le Maschere Di Antonella" in a single shipment. We reserve ourselves the right not to accept items of the same order, shipped at different times.

If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and time limits specified in this paragraph 5, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" shall repay any sums already collected for the purchase of products, excluding shipping charges for delivery of goods purchased.
If the return of products is made for reasons attributable to "Le Maschere Di Antonella", as if the products do not possess the essential characteristics promises, manufacturing defects or there were errors in the delivery, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" will pay back, in addition to the money collected for the purchase of products, the costs of shipping the goods purchased.
The money will be repaid as soon as possible, and in any event within thirty (30) days we will activate the procedures for reimbursement once checked for proper implementation of the terms and conditions listed above, as outlined in paragraph 6. If Right of Withdrawal excution is not complied with the procedures and terms for the exercise of your right to withdraw, as specified in this paragraph 5, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" guarantee you a chance to regain, at your expense, the products in that state have been returned to "Le Maschere Di Antonella". In this case you have not the right to obtain refund of amounts already paid to "Le Maschere Di Antonella".

6. Timing and procedures for reimbursement

After returning products, "Le Maschere Di Antonella" provides the necessary investigations related to compliance with the same terms and conditions set out in paragraph 5. If the checks are successfully concluded, we'll send via email confirmation of acceptance of returned products.
Whatever the mode of payment you used, the reimbursement is activated by "Le Maschere Di Antonella" within thirty (30) days "Le Maschere Di Antonella" become aware of your Right of Withdrawal, in any case after verification of proper implementation of your right to withdrawal and acceptance of products returned.
If there is no correlation between the consignee of the goods specified in the order form and who has performed the payment of sums, repayment of amounts will be performed by "Le Maschere Di Antonella" against those who made the payment.
